GoogleI have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. I cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce more highly, for being an enthusiastic and realistic estate agent.

GoogleI am delighted to leave this 5 star review based on the exceptional service provided by Lara Hawkins during the sale of our property and purchase of another. If there were more Google stars… I’d leave them. We were extremely fortunate that Lara came into the picture at the latter stage of our long and complex sale / purchase. She was ‘on our side’ from the minute she got involved. Lara clearly knows the local market, including the Bredon hill villages as well as the Cotswolds (which you expect Hayman Joyce to excel at), extremely well. Having dealt with many London estate agents throughout the years, I can confidently say that Lara is highly skilled and an absolute professional. Her communication was prompt and clear, she skillfully managed complex situations and her dedication went above and beyond. Lara is a tremendous asset to Hayman Joyce Broadway. I highly recommend working with her if you want an attentive, dedicated, and highly effective estate agent. Thank you for everything, Lara!

GoogleWe selected Hayman Joyce to manage our house sale after inviting a number of estate agents to provide us with a valuation. Hayman Joyce were the only agents who returned our telephone calls in a timely fashion, and whose receptionists were polite and courteous when handling our calls. First impressions count, and this was vindicated during the whole house selling process. We can only praise Kemal from their Broadway offices who handled the sale, conducted the accompanied viewings, and provided lots of valuable advice along the way. Kemal provided frequent updates during the selling process, chasing up the sale chain as and when required together with liasing with our buyers immediately prior to completion. Many many thanks Kemal. We really appreciate the effort you put into this for us. Given that just about all estate agents are charging the same 1% commission rate, I can think of absolutely no reason why you would choose to use another agent. Totally professional.

From the viewings all the way through to completion the team there were very communicative and helped progress the sale forward. I want to say special thanks to Penny who kept on top of everything and Kemel, so kind and friendly, and Molly too. They facilitated the viewings of the property and were so professional. I would whole heartedly recommend, and will use again in the future no doubt.

GoogleWould definitely recommend Hayman-Joyce Broadway estate agents! We had Molly who managed the purchase of our property who was fantastic. Molly gave us frequent, consistent and useful information to keep us in the loop at all times. Molly was also really good at chasing solicitors to ensure we completed before the stamp duty increases which we are really grateful for. We were very impressed by the whole experience from Hayman-Joyce Broadway from the leaflet pack at the beginning, to the viewing, through to completion. Fantastic job by the whole team!

Friendly and efficient from the beginning of the process, Hayman Joyce sold the property within 3 weeks and we completed the sale just after 3 months.
