Joe was my main contact in the office and went out of his way to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the process. And I had many! I cannot fault the service I have had at William Charles. From the beginning right up until exchange I was always made to feel like I was important and listened to. My calls , texts and emails were always answered and replied to promptly. Andrea was just marvellous and probably needs a medal! Buying and selling a house , as we all know, can be very stressful and Andrea's reassurance was always so welcome. If you are looking for an agent that goes that extra mile to help their clients, then I would highly recommend Willian Charles.

The team at Broadstairs were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. They handled the selling of my house brilliantly - really great photos, good listing, and then actively marketing and promoting the property rather than just waiting for potential buyer to stumble onto an online listing. They genuinely seem to care about all the details and don't see you as just another client. I would strongly recommend contacting them if you have a property to put on the market!

Highly recommend William Charles in Broadstairs! We purchased our lovely new home through them and its safe to say Joe really went the extra mile to help us and our seller to get things through, it was a particularly long and stressful chain but Joe and Bob did everything they could to help move things along despite having an extremely testing time with other agents and solicitors that were no where near as responsive, efficient and forward thinking as these wonderful gentlemen. My husband and I can't thank them enough! We are now settled in our new home and couldn't be happier with the service we received from the staff at William Charles 😊

After trying to sell the bungalow with many different estate agents, we chose this time to go with William Charles. A very small estate agent. However, I can not fault their dedication to myself and My partner. The bungalow sold within days. And since then, they have been with us , guiding us every step of the way. Weekly, sometimes daily chats. They did not take their foot off the pedal. Customer service is faultless. This ranges from Joe the manager to Josh and Bob in sales, to Emma who’s progression. It’s like talking to your friends. This team is one of the best to look after you every step of the way. If you are thinking of putting your property on the market, these guys are your estate agent.
