GoogleI recently had a property viewing with Arash. He was punctual and I was impressed with his through answers to my questions about the property. He provided detailed information about the surrounding area and even offered valuable insights that I had not considered. He gave me the space to explore the property at my own pace, while also being readily available to discuss any concerns or details I needed clarification on. Overall, the viewing was seamless, and Arash's expertise and warm demeanor made a great impression. Friendly, approachable and professional. Exactly what you want in an estate agent.

GoogleI recently went on a few viewings with the lovely Arash who works for the Bradleys Paignton branch. His knowledge and expertise was second to none; taking the time and effort to fully answer any questions I asked. Arash also didn't rush the viewings and took his time to present each property with a wealth of knowledge and skill behind him. I cannot recommend them enough, tenacious in selling and through in letting, it has been a joy to work with them, they make the whole process in both letting and selling easy. We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.

The staff at this office are extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly. Once I had engaged their services I had nothing more to do and the whole experience was stress free. GoogleAn amazingly smooth and quick process to buying a house! I found the whole process really easy with the help of Bradleys estate agents. If I ever needed to contact them, it was so quick and someone would always respond in a timely fashion. An agent was always happy to arrange viewings or access to the property where ever possible and it was lovely to know that my transaction was being dealt with personally.
