Absolutely delighted with Let’s Move from the valuation to completion. I mostly dealt with Laura and Michelle and they are the most friendliest agents I’ve ever dealt with. Very professional, always available to discuss anything and helped with negotiating between myself and my buyer when our solicitors were busy, which enabled a quick and smooth process. I’ve moved in with my partner and we will be selling this property at some stage and I will definitely use the team at Lets Move again!

Me and my partner had a bad experience recently with this agency. We made an application to rent a property on Thursday after a viewing and we have been informed that we will have an answer on Friday. On Friday evening the last minute we have been informed that due to the high volume of the applications that they received we would have the final answer on Saturday which we didn't have at the end. Due to the current circumstances on the property market it's very essential for people looking to rent or to buy a property to have an answer back on the timeframe that is given in order to be flexible to find a property to cover their needs. That was not very professional as they didn't honor the time frames and was contradictionary of what they said during the viewing and the next day on the phone. That incident brought us second thoughts and concerns and we wouldn't recommend this agency. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration in order to improve your service. Recently sold my house with Let’s Move. I called in a few agents for a valuation and felt comfortable with the ladies there straight away. Their fee was also the most competitive, although it was their professionalism and friendliness which won. This was all during the pandemic so it was vitally important we all communicated and understood what we had to do to keep everyone safe. I mostly dealt with Laura and Michele, and they kept me fully informed and helped be the go-between with myself and my buyer when the solicitors were too busy. They definitely helped us get to completion quicker. I will be moving again at some point (we couldn’t face doing 2 houses at once) and I will definitely be using Let’s Move again.

Would never ever use this estate agent. Hugely unprofessional and quite frankly Lynne is rude. My company were a supplier to them. They never paid an invoice on time and continually came up with excuses why payment was late (what consistently 120 days late ??) stuff at the accountants, Lynne not in, the dog ate my cheque book, blah blah blah. When you chase them for money and put them on stop they always got funny with you. Do yourself a favour and find another Estate Agent.

After 3 months of no viewing I went to ask for my key back. Was handed a key and he walked away. I get home and they have given me the wrong key. I find out it's for another house on my street. I go back they can't find my key anywhere. After another week I ring them up they still don't know where my house key is. They offer to pay for one to be cut. Not helpful as I'm going to have to change my locks now. How unprofessional. Would not recommended these estate agents to anyone.

All viewings were accompanied with full feedback provided on each occasion.
