What a fantastic team, Lewis in particular has been amazing. So supportive, really quick to reply to any questions, helping with keeping great communication between us and the buyers.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling in their catchment area. We still have the Hessian shopping bag and trolley key from when we moved in.

GoogleRhys and Lewis at Greenwoods were absolutely brilliant - I honestly couldn’t have asked for better estate agents to sell my property. From the very start, they were professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the sale run as smoothly as possible.
They kept me updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond to calls and emails. Even when delays on the buyer’s side dragged the process out far longer than it should have (not their fault - they had a terrible Conveyancing firm), Rhys and Lewis went above and beyond to keep things moving, chasing regularly and keeping everyone informed.
What really stood out was how approachable and supportive they both were, literally nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always took the time to explain things clearly. Selling a property can be stressful, but they made the whole experience so much easier with their positivity, professionalism, and persistence.
I would recommend Greenwoods, and especially Rhys and Lewis, without hesitation. A fantastic team who genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile.

We have now reported to the ICO and hoping we will finally get access to the data they hold on us (even when we never agreed for that data to be shared with Greenwoods) On top of that rude staff especially Lisa who thinks can just invite herself to my house when I don’t know her as never signed any contract with this weird harrasing company!

GoogleFrom the first viewing we have been impressed with Pete, Lauren and Sara. They have been very communicative throughout. We bought the house during the stamp duty holiday, so our solicitor's were very busy and being honest, provided a terrible service. Pete kept the momentum up with ours and the sellers solicitor, chasing up things he wouldn't have to normally. Lauren attended approx. 7 additional viewings to enable us to get builders quotes and place orders before the completion date. Both of these are great examples of going above and beyond what would be considered normal. In fact, I would get updates from Greenwoods before my own solicitor would contact me! I would say without doubt they are the best estate agency team I have dealt with ever.

We got mostly timely feedback on viewings although I did have to chase once. The video tour they offer I think is a great extra, i would say make sure you take out anything you don't want on the tour before they arrive as they got right into doing it before we realised and we left the cats litter trays out. The tour came out well and the photos were good also.
Pete called for catch ups eveb after we sold just to check things were progressing well. He offered some useful thoughts and tips along the way.
