Absolutely brilliant service, from the initial quote to final sale. The team on Sandy Park Brislington are very professional, always courteous, and empathetic to the emotional ride selling a house is... My property was priced realistically, and from went on the market on the 23rd June, and completion date was 12th August, so all wrapped up super quick and very efficiently. I can't thank them enough, and because I accepted a cash offer with no chain, I got a great deal on my new home, and I can't wait to get the next chapter of my life started. Highly recommended! I should also give a shout out to Lee, as he was incredibly supportive. It's not easy dealing with (over) emotional men, but he took it in his stride and I really appreciated his support especially, through a difficult time 👍

We’ve just sold our house through Greenwoods on Sandy Park Road and Stacey and Lee have been fab from start to finish. They are both clearly very experienced and knowledgable and we felt safe in their hands. The process wasn’t always straight forward as expected with house selling/buying, however they provided regular guidance and reassurance which helped put our minds at ease. I bought a house back in November 2022. The staff were very flexible with returning to the property for further checks after our offer was accepted. The house was full of rubbish in the garden, loft, living room and garage. The major issue was that I had communicated to Lee on 4 occasions that we requested the house to be cleared before we moved in. Lee confirmed that it would be on ALL the occasions. We moved into a house that looked like a tip and an electricity debt ( metered). We had to move using phone torches. I spoke to Greenwoods who kindly directed me to my conveyancer. I spoke to my conveyancer who kindly asked me to contact Greenwoods! The service is good but worth double checking what you've been told.

Hi I bought a property through the greenwood’s estate agents. I would only rate them 2.5 only because I had a bad experience. I am sharing my experience so that future buyer can be aware and avoid making the same mistake that I did. I bought a flat and it had a window broken. The flat was £190k and I offered £180k as one of the window was broken and the flat needs some work as well. But mainly because the window the broken. The agent spoke to the seller than said they will fix the window and happy to sell it for £185k. Throughout the whole process I asked about the window. I even asked the agent to confirm as I don’t have the keys. Me or my solicitor can’t physically check the window whether it was fixed or not. So I asked my agent Lee feltham. He confirmed it was fixed. However he didn’t feel like that he should open the window and make sure that the window was fixed. He came to the flat and saw some paint on the window and informed me that it was fixed. Instead of opening the window and make sure that it was fixed. I trusted his words and exchange the contract. And now that I moved into the flat, I opened the window as I was informed that it’s been fixed. As soon as I opened the window, the bottom frame came off. The glass is slowly moving down. It could fall into anyone’s head as my flat is in 2nd floor. When I contacted the agent, he is saying sorry about it. He said he came & checked but didn’t open the window as the seller said not to open it. Really not happy with it. The whole process took 7 months and the agent didn’t feel to open the window and make sure that it was fixed within that time period. I don’t feel it was a responsible act from his side. He could have taken the matter seriously and gave me accurate information or maybe detailed information that he couldn’t physically check the window or he is not sure about it. I feel I have been misinformed by the agent and now I gotta pay a huge amount to get it fixed.

Do NOT use. Booked a viewing with them and was left waiting outside the property for an hour with no communication. When I did call the estate agents I got through to Sarah Wakeham who didn’t take any responsibility and completely gas lighted me by making me feel stupid and making it my fault I didn’t get to view the house. When In fact I later found out that he finished early and went home. Rude and unprofessional phone call where blame was shifted on to me. Telling me I wasn’t at the right property even though I asked a neighbour.. grasping at straws to make it anyone else’s fault but their own. When I spoke with the owner of the estate agents. He was more concerned with me putting in a complaint about them, than how I was spoken to by his agent. Unprofessional and only concerned with their reputation. Would not recommend.

Do not trust them. we moved out 3 months ago and we have only just received a portion of our deposit back and still waiting for the rest. I was also accused of being a dictator when I requested to be in the house when contractors came round. Will never recommend them. proceed with caution.
