FacebookI have been dealing with Sarah for over 10 years. She has sold several houses for me and has also managed my rental property. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She works extremely hard for you, always communicates well and is friendly and helpful at all times. You’d be mad to go anywhere else!
Thanks Ali and it’s always a pleasure to work with you!

FacebookWe would highly recommend Sarah as an agent. We've previously used larger companies who say all the right things but don't deliver but Sarah delivers a personal, professional and honest service and goes the extra mile to help. We would definitely use again! Thank you Sarah for a great service. Paul & Samantha, Henleaze
Thank you Paul and Samantha. I really appreciate the review and I am just pleased I could help you. Take care Sarah

FacebookI was fortunate to have Sarah Clark herself help me buy my house earliest this year. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Sarah listened and took time to really understand what I was looking for from the beginning which in my bitter experience saved lots of time in pointless disappointing viewings! Sarah eventually found me my perfect home and I would recommend and use Sarah Clark Properties again and again. Thank you Sarah!

FacebookSarah helped me sell my house 3 years ago. She is so much better than 'just' an estate agent. She was really supportive when the other party prevaricated and also gave me some top tips to make the place more presentable. I can't stress enough how she made the selling process so much better but the key thing is although she is often very busy, she makes you feel like you are her top priority. Having sold several houses I can say she is pretty good at what she does. David Killock

FacebookSarah has been our property manager since we moved in in 2014. During that time, she's been nothing short of superb. She always keeps us in the loop about what is happening with regards to maintenance and inspections etc. and is very responsive through whichever means of contact necessary. Also, Sarah has overseen 2 changes in tenant and has been extremely fair and helpful with both of the checkout inspections. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

FacebookI’m a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate agents. However after meeting with Sarah, I found her professional, extremely polite & helpful. Currently, I am tenant in a property managed by Sarah. She is very quick to respond and happy to help for any issue. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Sarah!!

I am confident she would be available to deal efficiently with any issues that may or may not arise, taking care of both the tenants and the property. I look forward to dealing with her in the future.

FacebookSarah was acting for the property I was a tenant in. She was very respectful of my time around the viewings and keeping me in the loop at all times. It's no surprise that it was under offer very quickly after it went on the market!
