Recently my washing machine tripped the whole flat’s electrics. First thing Monday morning an appliance specialist was sent to the house to have a look and resolved the problem. Petrina ensured the specialist visited promptly and followed up what would happen if it couldn’t be fixed.

We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.

Shortly after moving into our flat we had a couple of issues with the boiler and the electrics. We contacted Hamptons and they acted very professionally and promptly.
