Martin and all the team really worked to understand the house and the sort of buyers that it would suit. My Property Manager, Max Barnes, is courteous and professional and always responds promptly and effectively to issues raised by me or my tenants. The service is also helpful and proactive with regard to legal compliance issues. I would definitely recommend it.

Following my review of Hamptons Chelsea and their senior head of sales Nick Hubner, I received a formulaic reply from Hamptons saying they were taking my comments seriously and would I email my details for them to contact me, which I did. Guess what? They never contacted me...Definitely very poor follow up and customers' service. Company to be avoided.
