The Hamptons Deposit Manager, Camillie Solomon, was extremely helpful in handling a disputed sum by outgoing tenants. Throughout a four month period of resolving the dispute Camillie was meticulous in keeping me updated on her negotiations with the tenants and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). She did this with much courtesy and I could not have expected a more efficient and fair outcome. Thank you Camillie.

GoogleHighly professional estate agents, the best we've ever used (4th house purchase). A real sense of doing business with 'proper' people who really care, listen and go the extra mile. They had viewers of our property before it even went live online! And they sold it in about a week. I felt that they represented our interests really well, but were also pragmatic and always made time to give good advice and steer us in the right direction- they never made us feel rushed and we felt cared for right up to completion. We hope to not move again but if we did we would go to Hamptons, and recommend them without hesitation. In particular Nick Reading, who has been a pleasure to deal with.

The two property managers we've had looking after our flat have both been amazing. When Sarah Sapong left her role we were concerned that the excellent service she'd offered wouldn't continue. We had nothing to worry about Thahmid Sultan has been fantastic. We have had a few issues with tenants and things needing to be repaired in the property and Thahmid has responded quickly, with interest and concern and resolved everything in a very timely manner. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received.

April Keane has been managing my apartment for years. She is dedicated and extremely efficient. She has always operated in a timely and accurate fashion. No matter if she had to deal with contractors, the freeholder, the other leaseholders in the building or the tenants, she has without fail achieved what she set out to do upon my instructions, but also independently, when needed. She is 100% reliable and I could not recommend her more. I am very grateful for all the problems she has solved for me. Priceless.

It is always an absolute pleasure to talk to Joe and we are hugely impressed with his calm, reliable, professional capabilities. Hamptons Staff always AttentiveAlthough it sometimes occurred that issues took a little while to be solved, this was rarely the fault of the Staff at Hamptons themselves. We have been particularly fortunate to have Property Manager Joe Sanders as our contact point, and he has always tried his best to sort things out for us whenever an issue has arisen. He has been particularly good at being an equal intermediary between tenant and landlord and never made us feel as though he was only working for the landlord and didn't care at all for the tenant.Keep up the good work, and thank you Joe!

My experience with our property manager, Mr. Joe Sanders have always been satisfactory in terms of him being responsive, helpful, and committed. He has always tried to address our concerns in a timely manner and has a good understanding as to how effectively communicate with the landlords. In some occasions though, especially with letting agents, I’ve had some unpleasant experience which sometimes was kind of frustrating. There were some situations where one or two of the flats were vacant for relatively long period of time and I personally found it very difficult to communicate my sense of urgency with the agents. And sometimes there were different agents working on a specific flat with no effective communication channels with each other as well as with the landlords causing me send different emails to different agents discussing same matters. To me it seems there are sometimes some sort of miscommunications amongst Hamptons’ hierarchy as well as between the letting agents.

I have used Hamptons as my managing agent for 8 years. For much of this time, Victoria Thomas has been managing the flat. She is outstanding. Really quick, proactive and responsive. also really nice and easy to deal with. During Covid, the service did not miss a beat. I think the tenants have appreciated her as much as I do. I feel I am in very good hands with her.

Jacob is a truly exceptional estate agent. We had been on the market without success, for over a year, with a lovely, but unusual, property. From the moment that we first met, Jacob understood what he needed to do in order to achieve a sale for us. The photographs that Hamptons took were lovely, together with a video tour. But more importantly, when the right buyers came along (only a few weeks later), Jacob made sure that the deal was done. He is tactically astute, a good negotiator, assiduous, careful and attentive. He has driven through the sale in less than three months with determination and drive, as well as being utterly charming to deal with. I could not recommend him more highly.

We have had a few issues with the property that we rent - Ashley is our point of contact and she is just brilliant - she does what she can as quick as possible- our land lord constraints make it hard for Ashley sometimes but her perseverance always wins through- I find Hamptons to be helpful and always friendly - this time our need was due to a window lock that had jammed shut in the bathroom - and seems it will be dealt with quickly

I’ve been with Hamptons for a number of years, with Samantha Jennings and Ellie Marsters managing my property. I’m not certain whether Ms. Jennings is still working as a property manager, but I have nothing but good things to say of both managers. Ms. Marsters in particular is efficient, prompt, and thoughtful with her advice and responses. I can easily see myself staying with Hamptons for the foreseeable future.

Our experience with Hamptons has been pleasant. Our letting agent Roni was very friendly and attentive. David, our property manager has been outstanding and we’ve found it very easy to communicate with him efficiently. As we’re both young and it’s our first time letting, all we could suggest is to be initially provided with more information as opposed to having to find out what’s going on at each step.

Hamptons have been managing my property for a long time. It is a difficult property due to various issues. They have been very professional and efficient in all matters. They deliver as promised and I cannot argue with the quality and price of workmanship. I would definitely recommend Gemma Ward and the Hamptons team for management of flats.

Very nice experience of renting a flat through Hamptons. All the team are very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Our maintenance contact, Ruth, was always quick to respond and empathetic. And Samantha and Bhavika were really quick, helpful and professional when it came to the end of our tenancy and the move out was very straightforward and stress free.Would recommend 100%.

The service is very good. The difference is made by the people who work in Hamptons. The manager of my properties is Mrs. Elle Seaby. Elle is a very professional and expert person, always ready to help solve the problems that are faced every day.
