GoogleI have lived in two properties rented through Edwards. On both occasions I found Mathew and Jodie to be helpful, professional and friendly. Both properties were well presented and clean. Maintenance issues were always handled in a timely manner to an acceptable standard. The check out process was efficient and my deposit was returned shortly after I had moved out. Thank you.

GoogleBest estate agents we came in contact with so far. They were always very helpful and do not treat the tenants as enemies. If one day I need to use estate agents again (fro renting or letting), I will definitely use them!

GoogleHad viewing today at 12.45 in Winchester Rd Brislington property,the agent doing viewing have no customer service skills whatsoever,it seem liked she didn't want to be there and to be honest it was uncomfortable for me being there. Did quick viewing and left.

GoogleEdwards have supported me with a rental property on Bath Road for over 10 years. The property has always been let and any minor hassles have always been handled by Edwards. A great service, would 100% recommend.

GoogleIn these hard times of Covid taking over our lives, we had an issue with cement bits coming off roof. We send 5 emails with all the details and pictures. And what did we get? Abuse, being called names on email from Jodie. Thank you. That's how you treat NHS staff.

FacebookWorst agent ever. Ignored my concerns about damp for years until there was serious damage to the owners property. They made outrageous claims when trying to claim the deposit, including adding a fake date to photos. Fraudsters that don't care for their tenants or clients.

GoogleI've used Edwards for 8 years and find the team very helpful and pro-active. They've looked after me very well over this time and if you need help or advise renting, letting, buying or selling give them a go as they have great local knowledge (and do more than just sell properties).
