GoogleReflecting upon my time at Kingslet, Comrun was very nice & managed my tenancy the whole time. Sometimes I wondered if he was the only one running the agency though. I had to shower with kettle-water out of a bucket for like 3 months because nobody attended to my broken boiler. It all started beginning of December 2023 until mid March 2024. They have lots of potential but what I experienced was really tragic, may they resolve any issues immediately next time

GoogleCurrently renting a property through Kingslet. After living in the property for a few weeks some issues came up, but Kingslet and the team have been very accommodating and have taken all of these issues seriously, resolving them sometimes in only half a day. I am also able to reach them beyond normal office hours, which as an international person moving from abroad is always extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend. Pleasure working with Comrun and Kingslet so far. Keep up the good work!

GoogleKingslet were extremely fair to my partner and I when we were moving out of a property they were developing and we needed to stay extra time past their deadline to get our house purchase through. It made an enormous difference to our family at a very challenging time. They were also very good regarding management of the property and repayment of our deposit was straightforward. Recommended.

GoogleWe rented with Kingslet for over 5 years, always very pleased with their level of service and communication. Genuine, honest and reasonable people, quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I wouldn't hesitate to rent with this company!

GoogleI've rented from them for two years and they're incredibly quick to send someone round to fix any matinence issues. Often somone will come out on the same day you contact them. I've rented a lot of different places in Brighton and Hove over the years and I'd have to say that Kingslet are one of the best agencies I've been with.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience. No answer from phone calls and emails. Lost out on a property I was interested in because none of the agents answered the phone when I was organising a viewing and the office was shut during the advertised opening hours.

GoogleAvoid like the plague. Happy to let themselves and others into the property as and when they please without asking for permission or even attempting to seek permission. Rude and incompetent when it comes to resolving anything. Frankly appalling service.
