GoogleI cannot tell you how much I dislike the service I have received from this company.
For context, I was renting a property and Flude were the building managers. I had an issue with one of the other tenants in the building (or she had an issue with me- having the door open to my retail premises on the ground floor when she herself was on the first floor behind a further 3 fire doors)
To begin with, Alex was our building manager and he was so helpful, polite and made himself available to speak to. He tried to resolve conflict that I had with another tenant by offering solutions and implementing changes.
Angela was so incredibly rude to me over email, consistently reminding me that I was just a tenant and that they work for the landlord (we paid a service charge for building management?) as well as having the most dismissive and unapproachable tone via email. She also did not even attempt to resolve any conflict, but just did what the other tenant of the building requested.
The company has an attitude of a ‘well, we’re doing you a favour’ as opposed to the usual bend-over-backwards that I am used to working within my industry, it was honestly shocking how I was treated whilst they managed the commercial space I was renting. I will never have anything to do with this company ever again and I would implore anyone that values their tenants not to use this company; they were instrumental in the utilisation of my break clause and I informed my landlord of this.

Throughout your tenancy, we aimed to assist wherever possible and to remain impartial, referring to the terms of the lease to work toward a fair and lasting resolution. Managing differing expectations naturally required compromise from all parties, and we appreciate that this was sometimes challenging.
In response to concerns raised by multiple occupiers, we adjusted the lighting to operate only at the required times, upgraded several fittings to energy-efficient alternatives, and installed PIR sensors where appropriate. For safety and compliance reasons, a light was retained in the entrance foyer, which we understand was not the preferred outcome for some.
All actions were carried out in line with the leases and relevant legislation, and we ensured that all parties, including the landlord, were kept informed throughout.
We understand from your own comments on social media that securing your new premises has been a long-standing goal, and we’re pleased that the break clause in your lease, along with the timing of your second location’s lease, enabled you to consolidate both shops into one when the opportunity arose. We sincerely wish you every success in your new location.

Despite the sale of the unit being incredibly frustrating, Will kept on top of the situation regularly chasing the purchasers SIPP provider and solicitor.

GoogleI rang up enquiring about a commercial property in Brighton. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Will Thomas. He made it very clear that me contacting him was an inconvenience, overall rude and condescending. The listing on Rightmove "To Rent" on the commercial page - was apparently incorrect and this is Rightmove's fault - nothing to do with him (even though agents are responsible for listing their own portfolio and ensuring the content is accurate). Would not recommend under any circumstances. REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE - "We understand that you were enquiring about wanting to offer a franchising opportunity". I can only assume that this had been added for the benefit of Google Reviews, as this was absolutely NOT the purpose of my call and no such discussions were ever had with Will Thomas.
