Since from the beginning they were very close, which is appreciated when you have just arrived in the UK, you have no contacts, you don't know anyone, you don't know how things are. It is very difficult to get everything, bank account, rent and a million other things. But fortunately Jack's attention was very friendly and professional. Which made the process easier for me. Even after the award process and contract signing was closed, he has been very atentive about my settled process in my new HOME.

My instant decision to secure my next home. All processes were dealt with in professional manner by Jack & Kim. Contracts, inventory etc all with lots of attention to detail and fairness.
Since having the keys - couple of maintenance queries logged. Rectified same day.

GoogleLet with this agent for a year. Was unwell at home and did not answer the door due to having a fever and being in bed. Then had the estate agent enter my property without notice and despite asking them to leave and clearly looking very uncomfortable about the situation (due to being unwell and no notice) they still persisted that works needed to be carried out to the property and raised their voice and spoke over me and ushered the engineer in. Definitely avoid.

However, we would like to address some of your comments which we believe are inaccurate. Firstly, the property was professionally cleaned throughout prior to the start of your tenancy. We have invoices and an inventory available to verify this. I have looked through your file and can find no comments from you stating that you were unhappy with the level of cleaning when you moved-in. We are always happy to send our cleaners back round if tenants are unhappy with what has been done.
Secondly, the parking spot allocation was communicated to you during your viewing. I am sorry if you feel this was not the case. However, we can find no record of this being raised as an issue during your tenancy.
If you would like to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to make contact with us.
