Prior to the appointment, we made two attempts to contact you by phone, both of which went unanswered. We later received a text message confirming your attendance. Unfortunately, due to unexpected traffic, I realised I was likely to be delayed. I attempted to contact you again to apologise and provide an update, but the call again went unanswered, so I sent a text message explaining the situation. In the end, the traffic was worse than anticipated, and I arrived approximately 13 minutes after the scheduled appointment. By the time I arrived, you had already left the property. After receiving your message describing my conduct as unprofessional, I responded by apologising again and explaining the efforts I had made to keep you informed throughout. We fully appreciate that travelling from Bristol was a significant journey, and we sincerely regret that the appointment did not go as planned. Keeping applicants updated is always our priority, and on this occasion we made every effort to communicate the delay in real time. For complete transparency, we have retained our call logs and text message records, complete with timestamps, which demonstrate the attempts made to contact you before and during the delay should they ever be required. We wish you all the very best in finding a suitable property for the future.

Hello Laurence, We did make several attempts during our phone conversation to assist and resolve your issue, but unfortunately, you were not willing to engage constructively and instead chose to focus on criticising agent processes rather than finding a solution. We always aim to communicate professionally and resolve matters fairly for all clients.
