GoogleExcellent service from Kate Buckley who very efficiently negotiated a lease extension on my behalf which resulted in an additional 90 years with zero ground rent and a much reduced premium from the landlords original asking price. Kate and her assistant Zoe were both fast and responsive to my questions and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
