Hi Simone. It is disappointing to see this review taking into consideration how we went above our required remit to help you at the end of your tenancy. Having served your notice incorrectly and not in line with your tenancy agreement (Due on your rent due date in line with clause 8 of the general notes) we offered to re-market the flat early and if we are able to find a suitable tenant to move in sooner and my client was at no financial loss we would rebate you the apportioned rent. This exactly what we did saving you £469.45 something we did not need to do. To say we gave misleading information and it was an unpleasant experience is very unjust considering the lengths we went to, to help.
