I bought a lovely bungalow in Peacehaven using Ewemove Hove as the selling agents. Neil and his team were exceptional - being helpful, kind, understanding and always going the extra mile to be helpful and professional. They tried their best to make what can be a stressful process as easy as they could. On completion day, when I went to collect the keys, a bottle of champagne came with them. What a lovely gesture. EweMove staff recently sold our flat and it turned out to be a long process, because our first buyers dropped out when we were almost at the completion stage. Because it was then August we decided to rent the flat out for 6 months and put it back up for sale. Not only did the staff find us a suitable and reliable short term tenant within a few days, but another buyer, who had viewed our flat previously and was still interested in buying it. Every step of the process was handled efficiently and the staff were always supportive, very knowledgeable and helpful. When we first met Neil at EweMove he promised us a personal service and they didn’t fail to deliver on this promise. Would highly recommend EweMove.

I'm going to try to keep this short as I don't want Neil's head to explode with all the praise, but really: I can't recommend Neil Beglin and his team at Ewe Move in Brighton highly enough. I had a flat sitting on the market for a year and a half, waiting to be sold. Almost zero interest. The previous estate agents were nice people but frankly didn't have much of a strategy. Neil immediately rose to the challenge upon being instructed, managing a small but impactful renovation of the property, creating a brilliant marketing presentation (proper professional photography, CGI and persuasive copy), and managed the sales funnel like true pro. The result: a buyer found within a matter of weeks. The conveyancing took a while, but even then Neil made sure that communication flowed brilliantly between all parties involved. Thanks, Neil! Let's do it again sometime. ;)

I can't recommend Neil & Ewa highly enough. They are a great team. Both really enjoy what they do & are very good at every aspect of the job. I was locked out and was told an engineer would be with me shortly due to the urgency. 3 hours later no engineer, rang back and was told that the reception service couldn't help me only log tickets on the CRM but agents should be monitoring.No agent contacted me. We came to EweMove after having difficulty selling our flat. We had our flat on the market with one of the leading estate agents in Brighton and Hove....3 months later and with only a few viewings we were frustrated and feeling quite down about our prospects with getting our new place. We met Neil from EweMove at a house viewing and immediately got a really good vibe from him. We decided to move over to them and in the space of a weekend new pics were taken and the profile was up. Cut to just 2 weeks later we had a buyer offering asking price. The whole team at EweMove were fab - Neil, Sharon and Hillary came prepared and gained us loads of interest in the flat. We were getting updates on a Sunday - practically unheard of from other estate agents! We don't plan on moving anytime soon but would certainly go with EweMove again and recommend them to our friends/family!

Neil Beglin of EweMove Hove, as his marketing suggests, is indeed “different” and blows out of the water the usual preconceptions about estate agents. We were considering renting out our flat in Hove when Neil’s flyer dropped through our letterbox and our call was quickly followed up by him with a visit on a Sunday to fit in with our busy schedule. We were instantly impressed with his professionalism, honesty and extensive knowledge of the market, so decided to engage his services when we subsequently changed our minds and decided to sell the property. The sales particulars and photographs produced by Neil were of an exceptionally high standard and a buyer was soon found. In the event, the transaction itself proved somewhat problematic but Neil was there every step of the way, including outside of normal working hours, to offer support and guidance. Neil’s efforts to ensure our sale completed successfully included undertaking challenging negotiations with our freeholders and went way beyond what we would have expected. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering renting or selling their property.
