GoogleJust wished to say what great people to work with at the Brightlingsea office! Kane was my main contact, he was patient when I did my viewings and juggled appointments so my time was well spent when I was able to visit Brightlingsea. He negotiated between me and a sellers, unfortunately it didnt work, but I felt informed, my questions answered in an efficient manner. I will also add what a friendly greeting when ever I entered the agents. Good luck

GoogleI had a good experience using Stonebridge to sell my house. They were honest throughout the entire process, giving clear and straightforward advice. Communication was excellent, they were very responsive, always quick to answer calls and messages, which made the whole process less stressful. Most importantly, they get the job done. Special thanks to Anne who looked after us and was great throughout.

GoogleExtremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

GoogleFive star service, We Can not fault Stoneridge at all their service has been exceptional from start to finish, negotiating went smoothly between all involved, Anne recommended a solicitor who worked together with Stoneridge this helped our sale and purchase to run smoothly and quickly. Selling to completing only took 12 plus weeks. I would highly recommend Stoneridge for their professional, friendly, competence service their expertise in all areas of Estate agency have been excellent. Thank you team so much for all your hard work in helping us purchase our forever home.

Clearly very experienced in her role, she kept us very well informed, explained a couple of challenges that happened in the chain and pushed to chase up those who were stalling the process. The company has excellent local market knowledge, gives very wise advice, chases up tardy parties in the buying and selling process and keeps you regularly informed of how the sale process is progressing.

GoogleStoneridge gave an excellent service. Barry took details and photos and listed our property quickly and Anne arranged and carried our viewings for us. We received an offer after 9 days and the whole sales process went very smoothly, with Anne keeping us updated throughout. We would highly recommend Stoneridge for service and efficiency.
