FacebookWhile looking for a property in Wales, we found what we were looking for at Lucas Estate Agents. We did not realise how lucky we were!
Excellent, honest and accurate service! Alex was a great help, always responsive and extremely quick with answers to questions and problems. Especially for us, who live in Germany, a precise online inspection and a quick exchange with the sellers was important. Despite the distance, Alex understood how to establish a personal basis of trust. This is how our joint project came to a successful conclusion!
For our part, we would recommend and choose Lucas Estate Agents at any time!
Best regards

FacebookMrs Mariel Ramsey GOD BLESS YOUFew months back i was scrolling through and reading posts in groups just like you're doing now, i had no intention of investing a penny in forex. i just enjoyed reading testimonies of different people making thousands of dollars in forex, it all seem like a play, it was just too good to be true.. Then i thought to myself, what if this is it? what if this is my only way of earning without having to work all day and night-shifts. I took a bold step to invest with Mrs Mariel Ramsey who i've read so much good reports about. i invested $500 in her forex service and in 6days i got $6000 in my bitcoin wallet. from there on i realised i've been a coward all this time who was afraid of taking the step of faith, thank God for that. Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me kathrine lucas has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $6750 out of $1000 was a whole lot of profit for me.

Thank you Nicola! It’s so important to us that our clients complete their property sales feeling that we did all we could to help you through what is always a stressful time, especially in recent times. I know you experienced some difficulties from third parties at the beginning, but I know that Alex went the extra mile to ensure in spite of that you were always well informed to the best of his ability.
Best wishes for the future, and thank you once again for entrusting your property sale with Lucas Estate Agents.

FacebookExcellent customer service.
Alex’s customers service was brilliant & he made us feel like we were his number 1 priority by helping to sell our house. Nothing was to much hassle when asked any questions or help. Paul’s attention to detail with the house portfolio was amazing, pictures of our house turned out amazing. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in the future.
Thanks to all at Lucas

FacebookMany thanks to everyone at Lucas Estate Agents, and particularly thanks to Alex for his assistance during our recent sale and purchase. Throughout the process there were difficulties faced with both a long chain of properties and as a result of the pandemic. We are now happy in our new home.

FacebookWould recommend them to anyone. Paul is great, literally don’t know how we would have got through our house purchase without him as we had a very stressful time with the sellers and Paul was there every time we needed him. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

GoogleAwful company, staff very rude on the phone, work backwards when prospective tenants try to view a property , have to fill in a form, that asks for unnecessary details, then has to go to the landlord before you can even so much as look at the property to see if you are even interested.
Total time waste

FacebookI have had dealings with Lucas Estate Agents many times over the years. But recently purchased a property for rental purposes, and have to say the service and advice from both sales and lettings was not only professional but also came across non pushy and with my best interests the main consideration. I can not recommend Lucas highly enough - Shaun Langley, Concept Domestic Floors.

FacebookJust sold my house with Lucas and can’t recommend enough. The only local agents that use the 360 video tour and this is such a fantastic tool in the current climate. Photos are done really well which I believe makes a big difference. Extremely helpful during the selling process. Thank you

FacebookJust sold our house with Lucas, really good experience. We also went to view houses with Lucas and found them to be the only ones who could do evening viewings. Thank you especially to Robbie who mainly dealt with us. If we sell again, we will 100% come to you. The Lewis family

GoogleVery rude. They will discriminate for one reason or another. I personally have caught them and when called out on their bs they tried to cover their tracks by lying. I wouldn't go touch them with a 500 foot barge pole. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
