I have recently sold my property with Bell Watson and the service I recieved was fantastic. They were very efficient at getting the property marketed quickly and the quality of the advertisement was great. Collette Fletcher worked very hard to ensure the sale went through and communicated effectively with the solicitors. Would highly recommend Bell Watson.

Bell Watson provided an exceptional service during the sale of my property. Their assessment of the proposed sale price was both professional and fair. Photographs and advertisements were excellent and assistance was provided to me in obtaining the required certifications. I was kept fully informed of the viability of would be purchasers and feedback was obtained and passed back to me after all viewings. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and what could have been a stressful time was made far more pleasant.

Great service by Lesley and colleagues at Bell Watson in Brigg. We were delighted with the particulars taken of our property and the fact that it went ‘live’ on various websites so quickly. We had 3 viewings and 2 offers within a matter of a few days so we were very pleased. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We have no hesitation in recommending them.PositiveProfessionalism
