GoogleWe had several snagging issues ,20 to be precise and the management team were brilliant each issue was resolved within 7 days . The quality of the workmanship is poor that thse snags should have occurred. The properties are not expensive by comparison to other developments but beware YOU PAYS FOR WHAT YOU GET
The issue of social housing was unanswered by the sales person and we found that our neighbouring house had already been acquired by the local council had we known this we would not have gone ahead with the purchase and therefore felt bamboozled
I like the design of our house and it suits us but the site plan lacked foresight in parking requirements therefore we often have vehicles using our drive for turn around
I DONT THINK I WOULD BUY A GLEESON HOME IN THE FUTURE

GoogleI have lived in our Gleeson home for 18 months , and feel I am now in the position to give an honest review of my personal experience.
The sales lady was friendly and approachable and not pushy at all. She supported us in making sure we picked the right home to suit our needs.
The house was ready in the said timeframe.
The site manager checked in on us regularly after moving in to make sure everything was going well with our new home.
Of course we have had some snagging issues, which one expects in a new build, but these have all been dealt with quickly and everything rectified to our satisfaction, apart from one.We did have a problem with yellowing gloss paint work in our hallway, down to the lack of natural sunlight and the gloss used, this defect was declined under the 2 year warranty( yes I said 2 years).But we decided to gloss all the paintwork ourselves in the whole house. Rather than paint the internal doors we decided to replace them with oak doors. So on this occasion I am pleased the defect was declined as the outcome was actually more satisfactory.
All of the tradesmen who we have had dealings with have been friendly, respectful of our property and efficient. I can not fault them.
Pinfold Park estate has a welcoming community feel, everyone is friendly and all I have spoken to love their new homes as I do.
Am I happy with my Gleeson home? 100%
Would I recommend buying a Gleeson home? 100%

GoogleI bought a house here in September and everything was great, were told it’s had a sea view but on completion it didn’t, then a few days ago we found out that 3 of the properties they couldn’t sell we’re acquired by the local council with a potential to house asylum seekers, had we had know this from the start from the lovely lady who sold us this house (whom I’ll refer to as S, you know who you are!!) we wouldn’t have bought the property.
The sales office seemed to be well briefed about this as they were sort of giving answers to questions not yet asked and making me feel that I was out of order.
So just to recap, if you want to spend £250,000 to live on a private estate and potentially have asylum seekers living directly opposite you then a gleeson home is for you

GoogleI bought a Gleeson home on pinfold park Bridlington. Everything seemed great at first but get a few months into owning and the customer care goes out of the window. We have problems that are supposed to be warranted but the so called customer care is zero. Arrogant isn’t the word. The management team are disgusting. All yu get is yu bought it now tuff. I would not recommend this company at all. Seemed great till they have your money. Wish we never bothered with Gleeson homes.
