GoogleThe manager Steuart has been nothing but rude and vulgar as soon as I have moved in. They were insisting on inspection all the time and yet when repairing required not in a hurry to help, some of the agents were nice however the latest one who was a young lady had no respect towards me and tried to condescending me all the time. Before I have moved out they still haven’t repaired the leaking issue in the bedroom window and the entire wall became wet and much to my surprise they have almost immediately rented the house out again I bet still not repaired. They have lied in the eviction notice saying the landlord is selling the house. I have just seen the new tenants, only did this to rent it out again for a much higher price. Absolutely disgusting

GoogleI can’t support a letting agent who posts openly racist comments about immigrants and Muslims in the local community. It’s extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on how they might treat tenants or clients from different backgrounds. Everyone deserves respect and fair treatment, not discrimination or hate disguised as “concern.”

GoogleShambles of a letting agency. Complete neglect of any issues that have occurred within the house. Disregard of any complaints, problems would rather be avoided than resolved. Only 1 working shower between 5 tenants, which leaks into the kitchen on occasion. The other bathroom cannot be used as it will leak into another housemates room. Avoid at all costs.
