Lees and Waters reviews

Wayne and Laura provided a first class service from start to finish when selling my late father's property. Wayne demonstrates the highest levels of integrity, a very rare quality in an estate agent. He went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the particulars for the property, and he kept me informed at every stage with regards to viewings. Once a sale was agreed, Laura handled the progression of the sale through to completion. Not only did she keep me informed at all times, she worked relentlessly to keep the sale moving. She is a lovely, friendly person and was a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend Lees & Waters highly enough. Thank you Wayne & Laura.

My partner and I have recently purchased our first home together through Lees and Waters. The entire experience from initial viewing to picking up our keys was an absolute pleasure. On our first and only visit to our new home (only needed the one!) Wayne was extremely helpful and professional answering any questions to full. He provided us such a detailed overview, we knew a second viewing was not necessary which made our offer an easy decision after only 24 hours of the house being on the market. Laura is a credit to the company! She was polite and helpful throughout the incompetence of our terrible conveyancer (this deserved a medal in itself!) Different than most, we still believe that after 2 weeks of being in our home the pictures provided certainly did not give a false impression to the size of the house, in fact, it's even bigger then we remembered! When it came to collecting our keys the whole team were so friendly congratulating us, especially my over excited partner! Thank you again to the team at Lees and Waters. We hope to have the pleasure of dealing with you again (just not yet!) our sincere thanks, Georgia and Jessica :)

Excellent customer service & very professional

Wayne and Laura were excellent from start to finish. Very professional photos taken by Wayne, good advertising on rightmove etc and great communication took away a lot of the stress. Our sale fell through twice (no fault of the agent) and the speed we were back on the market with viewings coming in was incredible. I have recommended this agent to anybody that has mentioned moving house and will not hestitate to use them again

Very efficient and professional service from the beginning to end of our house purchase experience from the team at this Bridgwater Office. Special mention to Maria and Lorraine who went the extra mile to deal with our telephone enquiries, and Wayne who was both friendly and helpful and made himself available at short notice to accompany us on an extra viewing.

Bought and sold with these guys - highly recommended. Wayne and his team are professional, honest (rare amongst estate agents in my opinion) and provide a personal service that I do not believe could be bested anywhere else. They will work to make sure your house sale is completely stress free - they certainly did mine :)

Excellent service received from Lees and Waters. A special thanks to Wayne for his help in securing our purchase down in Somerset. A big thanks also to Lorraine and Marie for their involvement in what proved to be a very difficult chain. Looking forward to our move to Woolavington in late November.

I can't recommend them enough, you get a personal service from people that really seem to care how things go. They have kept us updated every step of the way and getting us to exchange they have kept everything moving chasing all the relevant people and letting us know what was going on. All communication has been professional and easy to understand. They are great and I will definitely use them again if I ever need to move again.

I found dealing with Wayne and Maria at Lee’s & Waters extremely helpful at all times, transparent and responsive throughout the whole process of selling. If I were to move again in the future or to recommend anyone to use an estate agent locally it would be these guys. Can’t speak highly enough about Lee’s & Waters. Many thanks to you all for the help you’ve provided.

We have sold several properties with Wayne and Laura and we cant fault them, excellent attention to detail with the marketing,up to the minute information with viewings and feedback which is refreshingly honest and always constructive. As its just Wayne and Laura you don,t get communication breakdowns that we have experienced with the larger agents.Competitive selling rates keep us going back and i cant think of any reason why not to use them.
