GoogleAs a buyer, Lyndon made the whole process so easy, although it was a long 8 months due to other problems, he kept us informed every step of the way and always had access to contact him at any given time! Will definitely consider using ewemove in the future to sell our own home, especially with Lyndon!!

GoogleWe chose Lyndon to sell our home as he was honest and genuinely involved. He remained available throughout the whole process above and beyond. GoogleLyndon has been so helpful and we are over the moon that we have been able to buy the perfect home for us. Lyndon showed us around the property and then took on our property to sell. Within 3 weeks he had put our house on the market and found keen buyers (in a difficult market) which meant we were able to put in an offer on the house we wanted. All has gone through smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Lyndon for making all this happen, we are so grateful. It’s so important that potential buyers are welcomed during viewings and have their questions answered and Lyndon does this. Having bought and sold through Lyndon I would highly recommend his service.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the excellent standard of service that Lyndon has given in the marketing of my property. Prior to taking on Ewemove I had a rather poor view of estate agency, of times when I couldn't get a reply to queries, when my concerns weren't listened to. But that perception has totally changed. Lyndon has been available at all times, responds rapidly to my messages and queries and has kept a good stream of viewers coming to my property - even in these difficult times. I would highly recommend using Lyndon at Ewemove in Bridgwater.

GoogleCouldn’t be happier with my experience with Sam and Ryan. From the first viewing to the purchase of the property, I was looked after impeccably and communication was excellent. Admittedly, wrapping my head around the process of buying a property for the first time had proved a little tricky at times, but they displayed patience and were always communicative and helpful, and for that I am so grateful. GoogleLyndon sold a property for us. We were hoping for a quick sale but reserved about how likely that really was. Lyndon found good buyers within a month and kept in contact with all parties throughout. The buyers needed quite a few viewings but all went fine and he kept the sale on track. The sale completed 9 weeks after we accepted the offer which was a real bonus. Really impressed with Lyndon!

GoogleRyan was incredibly helpful, he helped us from start to finish by suggesting solicitors and a mortgage advisor who both turned out to be amazingly helpful also. He helped negotiate with the sellers and solved problems very quickly. Communication was excellent throughout. Realistic time frames were given which meant that we always knew when to expect updates. We couldn't be happier with the service we had from Ryan and would definitely recommend him to others and would use him again if we ever sell our wonderful house.

GoogleSam & Ryan have been excellent, when all the other estate agents we saw came in over promising, Sam came in realistic and down to earth and gave honest advice. We had them both dealing with our sale directly and not handed over to junior staff so our viewings got the best attention. GoogleBuying your first home is famously stressful and after a month of pushy, weird agents at rushed viewings we were feeling disheartened. But from the moment we met Sam and saw our now forever home it was a different story. Both Sam and Ryan are genuine, decent, friendly people. They are straightforward, frank and reasonable and it was an absolute breath of fresh air. All the way through from offer to completion they were communicative, extremely supportive, friendly and also funny and brought an ease and levity that really soothed my naturally anxious spirit. I could not recommend these guys more - I’ve been telling all my friends and if we ever sell our home I won’t hesitate to use EweMove Hayes again. Thank you both for guiding us through and we’re so thrilled to be in our beautiful new home.
