GoogleSelling through Gareth L Edwards was first class. I cannot fault them. Nothing was too much trouble and we were up-dated at every step of the way. All viewings were accompanied, with Alison and Terri taking the time to know the property they were selling on our behalf. The office staff, Judith and Charlene were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and progressed the sale and our on-going purchase, going above and beyond for throughout the whole process. As a sales team, Alison and Terri are an amazing partnership, their many years of experience really shine through. If you want to sell your home, you couldn't do better than the friendly, local team. We tried larger estate agents, but sometimes, bigger doesn't always mean better. Thank you ladies, you did us proud!

GoogleGood when I rented from them, with just a couple of minor issues. Terrible when I tried to buy a house via this agency. The more serious one was then they asked me to traipse across Bridgend with £1200 in my pocket, because heir card reader wasn’t working. The lady I dealt with for the potential purchase was quite vocal, andI felt she was speaking down to me at times. She even tried to give me a lesson in stamp duty, which is something I knew about perfectly well. It was borderline 3-4 stars for me, but what brings it down to a three-star-review is that staff all addressed me by my first name, which came across as unprofessional.

GoogleIssue after issue, one sale fallen through with zero contact, incorrect information being passed on to buyers, constantly questioning... "What are we paying for?". If you'd like a stress free experience, I would advise against using Gareth L Edwards.
