Ian has a wealth of experience in the Laindon & Langdon Hills area and that will really help sell your property, this really sets him apart from the usual suspects in my opinion. GoogleTinsley & Co were marketing the property I recently completed and moved into. I was very impressed with their approach and service provided. Being a former estate agent I was prepared for a long and arduous process with minimal communication. This was not the case with Tinsley & Co. The offer process was managed in a consultative and professional manor which continued through the legal process to exchange and completion. Their designated 'sales progressor' was a real asset and was always available to provide an update on where the transaction was and what was outstanding. GoogleWe put our flat on the market on the Tuesday and Ian had got us an offer by the Friday! We found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and he really did go above and beyond the service you'd expect to receive from an estate agent to help us throughout the whole process of selling and buying. GoogleI have known Ian for over 9 years. He has always been diligent and honest and always straight to the point please or offend. But then honesty is the best policy and with his outstanding knowledge of the local area and estate agent ability is a person I would trust to handle any conveyancing, selling or problems I may encounter with any moving home transaction. I have personally recommended him to both friends and family.
