GoogleAbsolute garbage, avoid at all cost.
Signed up for full management of our flat: bad communication, rent late quite often (blamed tenants), had to chase Michael all the time... Lied when we caught them renting to a different tenant (without notifying us), failed to notify tenants that we wanted to terminate the contract, stopped replying to all communication after that and carry on taking the rent. Reported to PRS but didn't do much even after winning our claim.
Situation today: 6 months without rent, no ideas who lives in our flat, no communication.. lawyers on the case, waiting for court day trying to get our flat back..

GoogleI have been with wex and co since 17th June 2022 now I can't live in the apartment because of the black mould growth everywhere and now they said I can get my deposit back and move on but when I phoned the deposit protection service they said my deposit was not in so they have 30 days by law to put it in their because on my tenancy I signed it got it on there that it will be safe but its 1 day left and still nothing not even a phone call or nothing I tried to get my landlord details but no response

GoogleThe deposit protection service said that my money was not in there even after I rang them and asked even past the 30 days it was not in their. The studio flat they put me in was full of mould and wex and co tried blaming it on someone else but I done and signed the tenancy agreement at wex and co but still they thought they not responsible for the apartment but I signed through them. What I found out was wex and co are telling the landlord that it's £900 but pocket the rest and they thought they can take my deposit but till I called everyone in the government and interpol because the houses are getting paid with money from scammers and buying property over here. Don't trust what they say always look at the tenancy and make sure you ring the deposit protection service to make sure your payment has been put in.

Google- 168999 stars. Lying on the ad saying availablr immediately, agent not coming for the viewing, scaming for 'holding deposit' money for 4 walls window and door alredy occupied with squaters, lying in the face, money gone bye bye, no response by 'move in date'. Thanks.

GoogleWe were in process of buying a property on Oakington Manor Drive.
Everything started with there intension of arranging a mortgage through the in-house mortgage advisor, not our own financial advisor.
Then property was intentionally overpriced, we agreed with a deal and instructed a bank valuer. He have came back with report and on the report he showed that house is overpriced by Wex and co over £40k. Bank have started asking us questions regarding the cash back deal.
Staff from Wex and co said that bank do not know the real market value of the property and all the properties are sold over the asking price.
Please note the property is still up for sale and is £20k more then at the moment we have agreed.
DO NOT DEAL WITH WEX AND CO SAVE YOUR TIME AD MONEY!!!
