GoogleI was looking for a letting agent who would offer a honest and genuine service to me as a landlord and also to my tennants.
Vel Estate came recommended through family and I am very happy to engage with them. Their service is personal, and professional and courteous too.
They are easy to reach and appear to be well informed about the rental industry.
It's a good feeling to know both my property and my tenants are in good hands.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience and service from Vel Estate agents. They were very professional in their services and were very easy to be approached. Vel estate simplified the whole process of renting from advertisement, viewings to contract. Their professional services were very good and saved us lot of time and money. Their service charges are also very competitive and genuine as compared to others. Mr. Murugan gives his personal attention to each client and that shows quality of a good businessman. We have recommended Vel Estate for selling properties to our relatives and they are using their services. We would highly recommend Vel Estate for property purchase or renting related matters.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with the agent conduct at Vel Estates. We arrive at the property to be told by the current tenants that not only that the property was no longer available, it had been off the market for most of the day and no one had thought to cancel our viewing. We received a cancellation via text 15 minutes after our arrival. Please, take caution when interacting with these people.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize once again for the disappointment caused by not being able to offer you the property. As much as we would have liked to move forward with your application, the final decision ultimately lies with the landlord. Unfortunately, when the landlord chooses otherwise, we are left with no further course of action.
We deeply regret that this outcome wasn’t what you were hoping for and truly understand your frustration.
