Was a tenant with this agency, and honestly the best agency I have ever been with. Very smooth, no complications, easy to get on with and straightforward. Not only that, but they will go out of their way for you, to make your tenancy more pleasant. Would recommend and happily use the agency again.

Across the years I worked with quite a few property letting agencies and unfortunately not all of them deliver what they claim to be.
Fortunately SRB is the exact opposite! I have used SRB's service for the last seven years and haven't had non major issue with them. Very well organized, supportive and trustworthy not just for letting your house and apartments, but also getting consultation on how to improve your rental level and retain your property in good shape. Definitely recommend considering this letting agency, especially for overseas landlords.
