Right Home Estate Agent in Wembley has been my estate agent, and I am very happy with their service. The way they work is very professional, and the staff are extremely supportive. Over the last two years, I had 2, 3 issues in the property, and they were always ready to support me. They communicated with the landlord, dealt with the issues properly, and resolved the problems quickly. When it was time for my tenancy renewal, the landlord wanted to increase the rent by a large amount. I explained that I could not afford such a big increase, and the team worked hard to find a fair solution that was acceptable for both me and the landlord. I really appreciated their effort and understanding. They also give great flexibility for property inspections by allowing us to choose suitable dates, which makes life much easier. I would like to sincerely thank Nishit and Marika, they are both amazing and very professional. I would also like to mention Chintan, who is no longer part of the team but was also very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended! Thanks Nirav patel

We used the service of Right Home Estate Agents, Wembley for the sale of our property . We dealt with Chirag who was very friendly, patient, accommodating and understanding of our needs during the viewing period . We had to travel abroad for a long period of time due to personal circumstance. Chirag kept in touch via text messages and telephone calls. He kept us informed & would feedback after each viewing . He also kept an eye on the flat for any issues (thankfully there were none) and took the initiative to water the plants in our absent. He was respectful towards us and our home. At no time he put pressure on us to accept an offer and supported our decisions throughout. He would respond promptly to our emails/ text messages and was in regular contact throughout the sell process with our solicitors. Have been renting with them for 5 years. So far they are ok. They respond on time. For the property I was renting, apparently the landlord kept bringing petty issues forv finding ways to deduct deposit. They keep changing their statements. Righthome team wasn't very helpful during this time and hence the ratings. I wish them best of luck and hope they can improve their service.

I went to Right Home 3years ago, looking for a place to stay for 6 months until I buy my own flat. Chirag showed me several options same day but as my sister’s family wanted to stay with me, we told him next day that we need a bigger place. Once again he responded quickly and showed us several two-bedroom houses which we picked one. Everything went smoothly and we received an exceptional service throughout. Because of the service we have received from Right Home I went to them to get my mortgage sorted. Murali helped me to find the best mortgage that I could get, and my Solicitors had no issues with the paperwork received. I was very impressed with the services received on both occasions. They even renewed my mortgage recently and got me a very good deal. Couple of weeks ago one of my packages went to the old address by mistake and when I told Chirag he quickly contacted the current owners and arranged for me to collect it next day. Right Home is successful and different to other agencies because of the level of services they provide before, throughout and even after. It’s not just another transaction but the relationship they build is for lifetime. Chirag, with his extremely helpful, kind, polite and easy-going personality keeps the customers happy while providing an excellent service and Murali with his professional approach will get you the best deal in town.
