GoogleThey have house on rent next door with over grown tree and bushes Messaged and called them a number of time to come to trim the tree as all the debris from the tree is fallen in my garden and blowing inside my house can’t even leave windows open! They don’t do anything about sent some cowboys with a hand saw to cut some of the branches with hasn’t made any difference. If you ask me they are unprofessional and am sure the house is a hmo with no license with I will taking to the council about.

GoogleWorst experience ever. Zero costumer service. I called them on Friday morning because I needed a plumber for the toilet ASAP, Natalie told me she would find someone and give me a call, waited until 4pm and no calls received, I called her again and she said that none was avaiable, we couldn’t use the toilet otherwise. I asked her to call the landlord and she said ‘If you hang out I can call him otherwise I can’t’.. I was shocked, I deal with a lot of people during the day and I think this maybe 80% of the time I’m on the phone but I never say it! She promise to call me before closing time, she did not, I called her at 17.58 and her colleague answered ‘she is on the phone, she will call you’ without even asking who was on the phone, no calls received, I tried to call after six but was closed and no answers. I always had bad experience with them, last yearthe bath wasn’t working and they send someone to fix it after a week telling us to go have shower in a hotel or to friends of us. Once happened that I closed my self outside and I call them because they have a pair of keys (my family was on holiday) they charged me 30£ for that. Not worth it dealing with them. If I could rate zero stars I would. Not reccomended.

I was sceptical to go through an estate agent for selling my property in Harrow but Mr. Warren ensured me that there won't be any hassle as they had the client ready and his mortgage and papers everything was in place. I was able to sell my house with in 3 working days, just as I wanted and hence I can't stop raving about this agency. They are not only the best in Kingsbury but by far the best estate agents I have encountered in the whole of North West London

GoogleLast year We have rented a property with them. Nicoleta has helped us. She was great, professional and reliable. They always looked after us on time and never delayed things like even maintenance. As a family we were very happy while we have been with them. I highly recommend the agency as they are flexible and reliable.

GoogleAll the "good" reviews they have must be fake, we saw that they had terrible reviews but went with them anyway - BIG mistake. They are very unprofessional and don't act like they are running a business - I would avoid them :)

GoogleBrilliant knowledge of the markets. And they seem to have the best deals firmly ensconced in their kitty. Showed me some amazing places price-tagged at considerably less than what I would have expected to pay for them. Will definitely get back in touch with these guys when I finally invest.
