Un matched professionality. I've had the most well explained, smooth experience from being a person who has bought and sold properties previously. Zubair Malik has been extremely thorough through out each stage of the process giving an unparralel level of customer service and expertise. Highly recommended him for both new and experienced buyers.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We had a pleasant experience of room renting with Zubair's help. Overall the renting process is transparent and easy. Once we agreed upon the room and all the supporting documents submitted, I got the keys just within a week plus.

Very professional and helpful, price was very decent that I had to double check with him lol. Been helpful with chasing up on all aspect including solicitor and mortgage broker, and helping resolve any queries that I had with solicitor or even simply if I cannot get through to them. Definitely recommended if you are buying or selling in the area.
