GoogleMy wife and I decided to put our house on the market through knight frank as we had heard they were the best in the Queen’s Park/Kensal rise area.
I was initially concerned about them taking a higher cut compared to some of the smaller local agents, but in hindsight it was worth every penny and more.
The team are extremely professional and polite, and are very un intrusive when conducting viewings. This was so key given we are in times of Covid and I was working from home throughout all the viewings.
The fact that they achieved an exceptional price was the icing on the cake.
The whole process was smooth and easy, and Marc in particular did sterling work throughout.
