Having been overseas landlords for many years we know that good property managers are hard to find. Our experience has been quite mixed, but Daniel Lloyd (Knight Frank) has been one of the best we've worked with. He is diligent, proactive and works to find solutions to problems. We need more property managers like him.

Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

GoogleI am thoroughly impressed from start to finish with Knight Frank Queens Park. Anna was superb in handling the valuation which was spot on for the current market. I had a buyer lined up within a day of my property going on the market. Marc negotiated the sale and then he continued to progress the sale through to ensure that the buyer was happy and the sale was running smoothly. I am so pleased with the service offered here. Marc really went above and beyond what was expected. A truly happy client.

He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems .
