Shane offered excellent customer service.Also very transparent and no hidden charges at Hunters. Based on my personal experience with Shane at Hunters I would highly recommend Hunters. Absolutely useless, caused a whole chain to collapse, never take calls never respond to emails! I'd avoid as much as possible and if your chain has them involved I wouldn't accept an offer, complete clowns

GoogleSCAM !!! Absolutely shocking service! They do not provide the relevant documents and use old documents which have not been seen or signed by anyone to get money out people.

Disgusting customer service. I've just called to book a viewing on a rental property and it sounded like the person was on loudspeaker - I could barely hear them and kept asking them to repeat themself. Then they informed me that it was for families only and slammed the phone down on me.

GoogleI have known Hunters' Harrow office team for several years and have gotten very good service over the years: good response to emails and phone calls and good follow ups where needed. I certainly recommend them as a good estate agent in the area.

We are absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated regards to renting a property through hunters.We were told a move in date only to have it changed last minute and changed again after booking moving van and getting deliveries organised to come the next day.I will never use hunters again.

Dear Vuvuzela , when you see a property you like and want to proceed, we take a reservation fee which you were informed is non refundable if you withdraw or references fail. In this case your references failed HomeLet and therefore your reservation fee was not refunded.

Hunters BlackpoolThe sales staff are loud, pushy, and act like a bunch of failed double-glazing salesmen desperate to close a deal.The office staff are incompetent, can't take messages, calls are not responded to and wrong information given out.A big fat zero for customer service skills. Just plain rude.I wouldn't recommend them to sell a garden shed.

Hunters took over my tenancy from my landlord. Since then they have ignored emails asking for legal documents and repairs the landlord never did. Absolutely fuming because now I can't get any help

Terrible management no valid electric safety cert for 5yrs. Floods in living rm not addressed for 2yrs. Put rent up by 350Β£ with no updating. Certificates emails ignored. Very poor standard of management. Don't care for tenant needs. Don't manage full stop

If I could give them a minus score I would , awful customer service. To name a few employees who work there Dominika , Monika , Amrit Gosal are absolutely atrocious and so unprofessional. I would not waste your time with this estate agent!!

Hunters stoke Newington N16 the worst. Bunch of unscrupulous agents and staff. They are rude and helpful and do not deal with complaints in a professional manner at all. They were selling and letting my property at the same time and were just useless at both Both sales and lettings staff are incompetent Do not use either

Been calling them more then 10 times. They say they're busy and they will get someone to call back in 5 mins yet no call received since yesterday. How busy can anyone get for 2 days that they cannot call back to their customers. Been trying to book a viewing. NO RESULT.
