GoogleZuzanna went out of her way to secure me a great flat, she was very friendly and easy going so what can be a stressful process was made extremely easy thanks to her. Also for the admin side of things now I have moved in Anne Hodell is fantastic in answering any questions I had and keeping me up to date on anything I needed to know as a tenant. Highly recommend Hart and Co’s service best estate agency I have ever used. Thank you so much Zuzanna and Anne!!

GoogleWorst experience ever.. moved in a flat with 5month baby. After 3 month living got a call from agent that they want to book a viewing for a flat… find out that flat is for Sell, no one said anything before signing contract that flat is for sale and maybe it can be sold soon… so agency started doing viewings. And the best thing we’re sleeping in the morning and agent just unlocked a door and came into flat without any call before nothing. Is that normal??? Bought all furnitures everything and now again have to look for a new flat… that’s how they work…

GoogleI use Hart & Co first time and was the best idea to step in this agency . I just wanted to leave a review to say how impressed my fiance and I were with Zuzanna from the East Acton branch. She is so professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. She show us what we ask for and found us perfect flat . Zuzanna made the viewing process stress free.

GoogleIt was agreed to rent a fully furnished house and made a list with the furniture to be provided. The rental contract should have commenced on 21.09.2018 and the rent was paid by the tenants (myself and two others) since that day. On 21.09.2018 the agent Sharon who negotiated the entire rental agreement with us forbade us to move in, with the excuse that the part of the rent and deposit transferred by the other 2 tenants had not yet been received by Hart & Co. I, who had been on vacation in my country for almost 2 months and so my belongings were in a storage, was forced to pay another 4 days to keep my belongings in the storage since I returned to London on 21.09.2018 thinking that I would already have a house to move in. I also had to spend money on the hotel for those days and clothes, since at the end of September it was already cold in London and all my winter clothes were in the storage. Hart & Co was hired to deliver the house furnished with refrigerator and vacuum cleaner inclusive, but on 25.09.2018, when finally Sharon handed us the keys, upon arriving at the house, I noticed that the house did not have refrigerator and vacuum cleaner. Sharon guaranteed the house was completely furniture in the day she finally gave us the keys, which after all was a big lie!!! The vacuum cleaner was delivered 5 days later and the refrigerator almost 10 days after we moved in. Food was wasted because there was no refrigerator and I still had to have lunch and dinner outside during these days. The agency has forbidden us to move in to the house with the excuse that there was no received the full values yet, but in fact Hart & Co simply could not even have rented the house before the day 03.10.2018 when the refrigerator was delivered, since the agreement was to rent the house with these devices. Worse, the estate agency lied to us by making sure the house was furnished with the furniture since we rent a house with these devices, but it was not true and Hart & Co delivered the house to us without them. And as a consequence of the lack of professionalism of Hart & Co, I and the other tenants paid 4 days more rent to the estate agency, apart from all the other inconveniences already reported above. I also have emails exchanged with Simon, the director of Hart & Co. Surprisingly, he also did not care about fix the mistake of the estate agency and ignored my request of the financial compensation to which I would have been entitled. He just accepted change the initial rent date, but ignored it again when I left the house. During the contract, it was always difficult to fix the problems of the house. Sharon only responds to emails that she wants, ignoring those she does not find relevant for her. Before the end of the contract, I had a family problem. It was agreed that the new tenant would transfer the value of my part of the deposit to me and I would sign an addendum contract giving up from my deposit so that the agency would change my name to the new tenant in the DPS. It so happens that the new tenant did not transfer the entire amount to me. Although the new tenant started to pay the rent from 21.04.2019, Hart & Co insisted that I sign an addendum to the rent contract accepting to be responsible by the house until 04.05.2019, since the new tenant would only move physically to the house on 05.05.2019. I've never seen anything like this!! The Hart & Co solution (including director Simon) to my email informing these thing to them was to ignore my email, remove my name from the DPS (according to DPS email informing me) and apparently deliver the value of the my deposit to the new tenant, even though she had not deposited the full amount in my account. Hart & Co does not only have a horrendous service, but also does not act with zeal in their acts, respect, responsibility, honor and good faith with the clients!!!

GoogleI have had a very positive experience with HartCo, Harlesden. I felt that Kenny especially took an ownership of the sale and that solicitors work at a pace. I know for fact that he was very helpful for the seller and sorted out the documents for him. I think that I would have lost the property if it was not for Kenny’s engagement. All in all I am happy with the service and I would definitively recommend their services.

At the tail end of the sale process, they kept pushing things forward and were of great help ensuring the sale went through. As a result, I have a new home. Thank you.

GoogleAfter having my flat on for several weeks with another agent, with no joy, I instructed Hart to let my flat. They found me a great tenant within a week of getting the keys. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Charlie was really proactive and communication was great. I now have a lovely tenant, and I can relax.
