After they give you the contract they simply forget about you
We took a room 4 months ago with Harrisons, one of their agents tried to get the money before having shown me any contract. When we got back to the office he wanted me to sign different pages that would have been added to another contract with a length of stay completely different compared to what I said to them. Fortunately the landlord was really nice and avaiable to solve any problem in the house because Harrisons was simply ignoring every call/message/email. I remember that I also asked them to put the deposit in a protection scheme 3 times without any response.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
