GoogleI recently worked with Harris & Company to dispose of a shop along with three flats above, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Kishan Popat was absolutely instrumental in the process, he found me a buyer off-market who completed the transaction within just 48 hours. Kishan was a real pleasure to work with: professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient in getting the deal over the line. Highly recommended!

GoogleI rented a property in the Kensal Green area for 2.5 years through Harris & Company. Communication was always clear and issues were solved quickly. Their online system makes reporting issues really easy. Would recommend for anyone looking to rent in the area. Biran was always on hand to answer our questions.

GoogleI lived in a flat managed by Harris and Company for a little over a year and it was one of my best letting experiences. Nirav, whom I worked with directly remains one of the most courteous people I have dealt with. He was very accessible and made sure to follow up as needed. The process of letting the apartment and also leaving was made seamless and painless. During my stay, issues were sorted out promptly, there was good flow of information, and general proactiveness. I would definitely recommend their services.

I have rented with various companies in London in the last 10 years but Harris and Company have by far the quickest maintenance assistance I’ve seen.

Thereafter I rented a flat through them. The referencing process was quick, the process was easy the communication was good.

GoogleWorst service I had with letting agencies. Nirav Thakkar spoke to me to arrange a viewing for a 2 bed flat I said its for 2 adults and 1 baby. He decided that the flat wouldn't be suitable for babies because its a 2nd floor and babies need their outdoor spaces. I insisted on seeing the flat as I know my baby is happy enough with the indoor space of the flat. Durring the viewing he was very arrogant and with the mindset of not letting the property to us although we are not on any kind of benefits and we both work and joint salary amounts to 50k annually. After the viewing he came back to me and said the landlord doesn't not want to let for more than 2 persons which doesn't make any sence for 2 bed flat and that he doesn't want babies. Now if the property has any kind of restrictions you should say about them before arranging any viewing and waste people's time. I do not recommend them at all.
We are sorry you felt our service was not up to standard. However, Nirav was genuinely concerned that the flat would not be suitable but you did insist on seeing it for yourself which is why he agreed. You also asked him to negotiate the rent which he advised was not possible as the rent was already reduced, as per the landlords instructions. In regards to number of people in a property, landlords also have a say in number of people occupying their property. If you wish to discuss this matter further, please feel free to pop in our office. We wish you the best.

GoogleI had the pleasure to rent one of their property and since the moment I have entered the door everyone I have encountered was super nice, helpful and professional, this is what made me chose them. In my 3 and half years renting with them their professionalism and helpfulness has been impeccable. Nirav, especially has always been present, helped with any of my requests and always with a smile. The property are very looked after and if any problems, they deal and fixed them right away. GoogleRecently rented out a property with Harris and Co. So far they have been very easy to get a hold of and they've been good at following things and keeping in touch. They've also been helpful at sorting out any issues and requests that we may have had with the property. Staff have also generally been very professional in their conduct with myself and the other tenants. The only slight disappointment that we have had so far is that it felt that sometimes things were being left to the last moment to be done on their end or for us to be informed. Nevertheless, I would still happily recommend Harris and Co. as a lettings agency.
