GoogleAbsolutely unprofessional and unreliable. After agreeing to all terms, we proceeded exactly as instructed and even gave notice at our current home because the agency confirmed the deal was final. Then, at the last minute, they flipped the decision without any reasonable explanation.
Their lack of responsibility has now left us in an extremely stressful situation. We trusted their word, made major life decisions based on their confirmation, and they showed zero professionalism or accountability.
If you value your time, stability, and honest communication, avoid this agency. They made commitments, we acted on them, and they completely backed out, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency.

GoogleMe and my partner went for a property viewing with evergreen estate agent and would say we wouldn’t recommend anyone to actually use their service because we’ve found that it’s disrespectful, rude and lack of leadership.The agent named Pradeep divakara
Told us that he is the landlord of the house we’re seeing. But his behaviour was suspicious and it caught our attention of not believing it that he’s actually own the property. On the phone after the viewing he immediately said we aren’t working adults (for unknown dodgy reason) and was insulting that we might have criminal records that need to go through a DBS. We then come to an agreement which we’d provide all the documents he required and we required a copy of ID and the proof of certification of the property ownership)He Then said he’d declined this (because he’s nothing to prove) every tenants hold the right to know what’s their landlord name and the home address of the landlord.
We then search for the property owner name on HM land registry which comes out to be jasper Holmes limited.
I will report this to the PRS not certainly making a complaint but to let them acknowledge about this incident and would like to create awareness for people who’d like to use their company at the first time

Just to let you know we at Evergreen Estate Agents check on the ownership of the property before its taken in for letting or sales, and i can confirm that my colleague is the owner of that property, Jasper Homes Limited are the Freeholders.
Under Section 48(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act, what you said was right about the tenants rights. But i would recommend you not to judge people without finding the facts. Apologies about the misunderstanding that happened to you and your partner. Hope you find a suitable place.

Google3 bedroom house on Sudbury Town area listed by another 2 agency at £1550 pm and the same house listed by this people at £1650 pm with only 2 pictures to put people in error. Also they are organising viewings for a house with people tenants inside and another 10 people outside waiting to see the house. On this pandemic restrictions they don't care about the rules, they only care about the money. Disgusting
