GoogleMy mortgage experience at Andrews was smooth sailing! The adviser, Mukul Mehta, was transparent, personable and reliable. He was very patient with the numerous questions I had and took time and effort to explain every detail until I had no further questions. He was also very helpful sharing his knowledge not only on the mortgage aspect but on the entire purchase process. His many years of industry experience meant that he was able to answer all of my questions and prompted me to consider other aspects as well. GoogleAs a first-time buyer, I am very happy with the way Andrews handled my case. All of the costs, policies and jargon were explained to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The estate agents were understanding of my busy work schedule and shift patterns, and helped follow up with all the parties involved to speed up the process. I want to particularly highlight how well the process was adapted for the COVID-19 pandemic, as most of the contact, meetings and paperwork were done remotely online or by phone. GoogleI initially rented out my property with Andrews and later sold it with them too. I’ve had the experience of being a landlord (and having them fully manage my property) and a seller with Andrews. With all the service I’d received, I have been pleased with the professionalism and at times, compassion with the members of staff at the Kingsbury branch. They dealt with any matters raised as a landlord and seller both swiftly and professionally. I had initially bought the property from another estate agent in Colindale and the service I received this time round was in no comparison to what I received when initially buying the property hence why I also chose to sell the property with Andrews. I was very pleased with all matters in regards to letting out the property. I always had tenants and was assured by their thorough and rigorous vetting process; I felt informed every step of the way enabling me to oversee the process without carrying out the admin/laborious aspects. In regards to selling the property, from the initial valuation/viewings to the day of completion, I always had someone keeping me informed of every step including regular updates. I was fully informed of any hurdles and Andrews, alongside my solicitors, were always in a place to inform me of what my options were. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received from Andrews over the past 4 years. Former employee have asked for a copy of my P45 for weeks and nothing happens. They are useless from head office to the branches themselves. I am glad I have recorded their calls and promises! I didn’t even want to give a star but I had no choice. Instead of replying to my message please just get a copy of my p45, but it can’t be that hard surely for such a successful agent like yourselves??

Our experience with Andrews has been very positive. Complicated by Covid, we had a difficult end-of-tenancy when we needed to regain our property for our own use. The staff at Andrews, particularly Mike, were extremely helpful in finding us alternative accommodation at very short notice and have been available and supportive throughout. We would not hesitate to use them again.
