GoogleTowns & Crawfords were absolutely amazing when it came to buying our first house through them. Even though they weren’t responsible for acting on our behalf, they were always happy to assist us with any queries, were easily contactable, kept us updated without us even asking, and supported us through the stress of it all. They are friendly, professional and put us at ease! We will definitely be using them once we are ready to sell 😊

GoogleAt my time of life, and the circumstances I found myself in, I rented a property through your company. From the start to the finish of my 7 months living there, I can honestly say that the estate agency team I have dealt with during this time have been FANTASTIC! to say the least( Charli, Marion and Lorah).they have made my transition Very easy and nothing has been too much trouble. GoogleWow where do I start .... just amazing !! My old apartment Springfield mill was lost in the terrible fire so we came to see Lorah and Marion for help to get us a new home ! From start to finish they helped us get a beautiful new home quickly with professionalism and empathy! We are so happy with this letting agent and the people who helped us there and are forever grateful! I would 100% recommend Thank you

GoogleSo a strange review as I was not able to complete my purchase with Lorah but I can wholeheartedly say that this firm was a cut above the rest in terms of service and honest feedback/information. My move was a terrible experience for reasons that had nothing to do with the firm and throughout all the mess Lorah was an absolute diamond. I was actually sad that when I had to switch home choice it was not being sold by Lorah. If the scars heal and I move again Lorah will be the first person I call! I could not recommend their services enough if you want a no nonsense human element to what is a very stressful time. A refreshing difference to all the big players out there.

GoogleI’ve just completed on an investment property purchase through Towns and Crawford Estate Agents. Lorah, Marion & Charli were immensely helpful, professional and proactive throughout the process. I highly recommend Towns & Crawford, they have a deep understanding of the regional property market, and are a great company to deal with.

GoogleModerate to okay as far as service. Required a guarantor, was given a reference service to use, no one could confirm any info on this external company and what impact this may have on a credit score. Suggested that information is pretty relevant for someone currently building their credit. The response was to ask for me to email 3 months of my bank statements to a general email address. Didn't feel comfortuble doing this, nor was I aware of any data protection in house so had to pull from the agreement. Didn't feel comfortuble emailing me personal bank insights to a receptionist. Was never asked why I'd pulled out, no question as to if the service was okay. Was never we able to give any advise as to what should have been done differently. Positives...fees are fairly low.

GoogleUnprofessional, rude and threating. I'm currently speaking to citizens advice to see if this behaviour can be reported to an ombudsman of any kind. I sincerely hope for my landlord rethinks which agent he uses to represent the property before we have to have any further dealings with them.

The chain was held up by other estate agents not doing their job, so Lorah not only did a great job for me, but kept the chain moving doing the work the other agent should have been doing!! I knew they were great, but when compared to the other agent involved in the chain, their service was above a beyond and totally invaluable!

GoogleArgumentative, rude, and unproffessional. As seen in their reply to our original review. You can always tell a companies attitude in their response to negative or positive feedback. Good companies always want to better themselves. No customer ever gets anything from lieing on a review why would anyone do that.

GoogleHaving used T&C for both renting my property and subsequently selling it i would highly recommend them. Both Marian and Lorah are very friendly and approachable. They were patient with my questions, and did everything to get tenants in and the property sold quickly and smoothly.
