I just wanted to share how pleased we have been with the team at sears. We were slightly apprehensive with some of the facebook reviews about the previous team that worked there but are so glad we went with our gut and made the decision to sell with them. Really couldn’t fault the service we received! There was no requirement to negotiate on fees as they came in at a really fair price and also checked in with us much quicker than some other local agents. They recommended we listed for a price higher than other estate agents and in the end we have an offer over asking and sold within only a few days!

Property management is a thankless task with a good property manager worth their weight in gold and Amy Depledge is a good property manager who I thank on a regular basis. Amy is attentive and works efficiently with any issues that I have on my properties from maintenance to detailed property inspections and always recommends the way forward which is money saving for me but also maintains the property. I would 100% recommend Amy, Amanda and all of Sears team to any landlord that wants a personal service.

We had an amazing service from Sears Team in Jennett's Park. Particularly both Daniel and Thomas handled our case to perfection. We needed to place our property in the market very quickly and get it sold asap. And Daniel was very efficient and super fast to organise this within a few days. We had a very smooth process from the start till end of the viewing with Daniel. Thomas handled all the after viewing process; talking to potential buyers and putting together the offers for us. Daniel R has been fantastic with us. Highly knowledgeable about Jennetts Park properties, extremely professional and exceptionally friendly and patient. We are first-time buyers and hands-down, Daniel R has been honest, helpful and reliable. We initially looked at a property a few months ago with him where he knew everything we asked. This time around, still extremely knowledgeable and answering what we asked with no hesitation unlike other estate agents. After one didn’t work out, he immediately got us a viewing in another property which he thought would suit us. He had extensive knowledge on the properties we viewed and was friendly throughout. He is patient with us and when we asked to view this recent property was more than willing to get us in and show us in a quick time frame. He’s not been pushy at all but making sure we knew all the options. Gave us realistic expectations and managed our experience by telling us everything then letting us view the property on our own then checking back in. He has been fantastic. The branch manager was also excellent, Thomas was at the branch allowing us to discuss our offer and making us aware of the situation that we are heading into. Overall, we are having a brilliant experience with Sears and Daniel R in particular. We are hoping to be able to buy our first house with them. My wife and I listed our property with Sears Jennett's Park for their knowledge of the area. We were very impressed with their service. Unfortunately our buyers pulled out and we had to re-list. Hugo was new to the office the second time around and we cannot fault him. Since he came on board he has shown great passion and effort in selling our property. A suitable tenant was found within 24 hours of it being advertised and all the financial checks on him and references were completed within 2-3 days. Contracts signed within 5 days!!! Daniel was very responsive and customer oriented. He gave us some tips and tricks and sent our offer straight away to the landlord after explaining everything and we are so happy we found our home.He gave us the greatest news and he was getting excited with us for it.This showed us he is really involved and does what his best to meet client's expectations and guide them throughout every step.
