FacebookI give 10/10 to prospect Estate Agents just because of 5 star people they have. My property Manager “ Hazel Sims” is a star who has always helped in sorting out things very quickly and genuinely. People like her makes us loyal to any company.

Very helpful and responsive despite the difficulties raised by Covid-19. All the staff where very helpful and we where kept up to date on the chain as much as possible as this depended on the agents and solicitors in the chain.

Always prompt in replying to issues which is great when you have no hot water. Delays when waiting for Landlord authorisation but that's not the agency's fault. All in all we are impressed with the overall service.

Our property manager, Melissa Fisher, has been so helpful in dealing with the transition between tenants. She has communicated brilliantly, dealt with issues quickly and anticipated problems that might arise. She also works really well with the other departments within the agency.
