Hopeless. Lied about what worked when I rented the property, were rude when I questioned the cleaning costs and always took the landlords side against the tenantn. Rent out your property with them but don't rent from them. They are terrible

We are very happy with the way Prospect conduct business. They always reply to any queries, they are quick to find someone to fix a problem, at the landlord's say-so, and they do regular house checks, which is good too, for all parties.
