GoogleCannot praise East Links enough especially Russell. Russell has been an absolute rock of support in finding tenants for my property and guiding the sale of my property over the last 2 years. What I appreciate most is the complete honesty and integrity that he stands by and the fact that he leads viewings himself, with full knowledge of the property he is letting or selling. I cannot recommend Russell and East Links enough.

GoogleStay away from EastLinks. Staff are rude and on inspection never write down about issues within the property rented. They will do there up most to not give you back your deposit. There using own builders who are family relations. And not registered for VAT. The builders give a quote for repairs. The invoice is 3 times higher. EastLinks keep your deposit. Take as many photos. Don't have your hard earned money taken away from you. Crooks. Avoid at all cost to yourself. WARNING

FacebookThey have been saying they are going to call us back for 3 days now and they haven’t. When confronted about being unprofessional she hung up on me. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. If you are the landlord of Stanley woodster way 5 bed student property, you have a lovely house but please find a different estate agents.
Hello Bethany, apologies you feel that way, I can assure you my colleague would not of intentionally hung up on you. We understand that it was a friend of yours that enquired about the property who we did try to call back a couple of days ago but unfortunately there was no answer. The property in question is no longer available as the current student tenants that we found for the landlord are now staying on. However we will be having more 5 bedroom properties coming to the market shortly, if you would like to be notified when they do?

GoogleWe have been using Russell at East links for a while now his attention to detail is second to none we have build a great relationship with him to the extend where he now looks after a large property portfolio for us . The whole service from the company is outstanding and they have already rebooked all our student lets for next year as well as finding a new tenant for our Wivenhoe property.

GoogleI would highly recommend East Links Residential as a Sales and Letting Agent. I always deal with Russell and never had any issues. We have a very large property portfolio and will only use East Links when finding new tenants. Googlethey are unprofessional. They put my land without any contract online. I found out it was advertising under wrong post code . I complaint few weeks ago and asked them to remove asap. They removed from wrong post code and put it in under commercial section to deceive me. Today I lost my client again and he called me a lier and time waster! As I was selling him saying it is off market. Anyways I have to take it further now. Advised to all LAndlords to keep them away from this agent.

GoogleThe agent called me on 24 June and we both arranged for a viewing on 27 June. He cancelled on the day of via text, saying the landlord was interested in renting privately.

GoogleI would avoid at all costs. Extremely disorganised staff meant that there were problems at every step of the renting process including loss of paperwork, arranging to sign documents when no one from the letting department was in and huge bugs in online forms preventing them from being submitted as a few examples, all of which resulted in the agents passing the blame on "typical lazy students". Despite constantly providing them with correct contact information they were incapable of contacting me, instead harassing my housemares with threats that we would loose the house despite paying a fortune in holding fees.

GoogleWe moved our rental property from another agent to East Links a few years ago and have never looked back. The staff are great, they're knowledgeable and helpful and understanding of both landlord and tenant situations. Would definitely recommend them for both tenants and landlords.

GoogleWon't be renting through them again. We had a boiler issues no heating or hot water, apparently checking on updates every two days was harassing the staff?!?!?! Wonderful landlord let down by the agents.
