GoogleTom and the team at Bloomfield Grey were simply fantastic during the sale of our old and purchase of our new home. Tom has set up a friendly remote estate agents which makes the housing transaction experience a joy. GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend Bloomfield Grey - they were the estate agent on our purchase completed in Mar 2019. From the very start of the process when we arranged our first viewing through to us making an offer and then working towards point of exchange, Tom and his team were proactive in following up on the process, chasing things along and keeping us informed every step of the way. Trying to move home can be stressful, but Tom's helpful, friendly attitude giving a personal touch made us feel confident that they were working hard in the background. Thoroughly recommend, and of the 3 other Essex based estate agents we have been involved with, Bloomfield Grey were by far the best!

Despite me being the buyer, Tom and Rachel at Bloomfield Grey treated me with as much respect as their client, the seller, brokering many conversations with both the seller and the solicitors. They took away an enormous burden of stress from the buying process being genuinely people oriented and exceptionally communicative. Turnaround of information was rapid and as sales go it was relatively seamless. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A breathe of fresh air in the world of house buying.
