Chased for an update to be told they think they have let it to somebody else however was promised a call back by Jennie last night.No call. FacebookJennie Platt, via her other company/brand City Centre Chic, is currently holding £6k+ of my money despite them being asked for it to be transferred to landlord for the past 3 weeks. She is yet to reply to a single email and will not call landlord. Unless you want your money to go missing, avoid all of her brands (they have the worst service I've ever encountered on top of this!)
