GoogleDo not buy a house here. Their favourite phrase is “nothing we can do”, even when the mistake is theirs. I paid £3.5k for a worktop and they fitted the wrong one. I’ve chased for weeks and keep getting the same response: nothing they can do. Imagine buying a new iPhone and being sent the wrong model, only to be told it won’t be fixed. That’s the level of customer service here. Completely unacceptable.
