I rented with Specialist Lettings for over a decade and I wish to recommend them without reservations. I was looked after at every stage. When anything needed fixing it was done immediately and with care. They treat tenants with respect and care. They are very flexible and work with you when appointments may need to be booked. My landlords were really wonderful too and I feel that Specialist Letting makes a point to work with good landlords. Having seen how other companies operate, especially with regards to tenants, Specialist Letting trully stands out ahead of any other company I have had experience with. I would choose them over any other company, and as a tenant, I would prefer to rent a property they manage, over any other. They are on-time, great with communication and genuinely kind and lovely guys. I have rented from a lot of company’s and never could I ever write a positive thing about any of them. What a great team these guys make! Andy and Carl are not only agents, they're landlords too. They know the problems because they have the same issues to deal with that we do. Myself and two colleagues had 3 properties in the area for 15 years. Although SLCA only acted for two of them, whenever there was a problem with the 3rd one, they stepped up to help. It was never too much to ask and you always got what you asked for - no trouble. I can't recommend them enough!

I have rented with them and from the beginning there have been many obstacles. Very old and dilapidated house even so, I who dedicate myself to interior design and handyman have repaired and re-designed the interior, painting and fixing every flaw that the house had, such as the interior insulation of the ..chimney, and later covered. windows and lintels cracked and in very bad condition or paint and walls cracked and very dirty from time. Comprehensive reform of everything and facelift. after this a new and clean house was left. They didn't pay me for the paint, or the material, much less the week I spent with three people doing the job. after I gave the notis the house was rented in a few days. they did not even say thank you.

Honestly I couldn't recommend this company enough. I started renting a property from them a little over one year ago. When viewing the property they were honest and completely reliable. The process of move in became a breeze with how professional they were in handling the fees etc. Throughout my tendency they were always at hand whenever something needed to be discussed about the property.
